Reports Form Design tab and Edit data in a form

In this section we will see the most interesting of the Design tab that appears when you enter the Form Design View.

The first button you see is one of the most useful when working with forms, to move from one view to another.


If we choose to deploy Vista Design we are describing now and Form View that presents data from the source of the form as we have defined in the design view.


Access 2007 introduces Layout view allows us to work much the same way we do with the Design View with the benefits of the Form View, it shows real time data form to give us an approximate idea of \u200b\u200bwhat will be its final appearance.

Edit data in a form

To edit data in a table using a form, we open the form it positions us in the Navigation Pane, right click and select OPEN on the shortcut menu.

Or simply double-click on the name of the form.

data will be the source of the form with the issues identified in the form (Form view.)

can then search for data, replace values, modify them as if we were in Datasheet view of a table, move along the table by using the scroll bar on the records we already know, the only thing that changes is the screen appearance.
