To scroll through the different records in a table we will use the scroll bar:
bar tells us what we are located and record the total number of records in the table.
White Box is telling us the current record.
the end where it says of 3 indicates the total number of records in this case is three.
By clicking on different buttons perform the operations listed below:
to go to first record in the table.
to go to the previous record in the table.
to go to the next record in the table.
to go to the last record in the table.
to create a new record to be located automatically at the end of the table.
can also go directly to a particular record as follows:
Double-click the blank box where it says the current record number.
Write the registration number which we want to go.
Press ENTER.
We can also move through the different fields and records by pressing the DOWN ARROW, UP ARROW, LEFT and RIGHT ARROW on the keyboard.
