forms generally used to define screens for editing the records in a table or query. We'll see how to create a form, handle records for editing and change its design.

Introduction.

To create a form we have several options.

can access them all from the Create tab:

Form Design opens a blank form in design view and we need to incorporate the various objects that we appear in it.

This method is rarely used because in most cases is easier and faster to create an AutoForm or use the wizard and then on the form created to modify the design to adjust the form to our needs.

Form Wizard uses a wizard that guides us step by step in creating the form.

Form is automatically create a new form that contains all data from the table or query selected in the Navigation Pane . Dynamic Graphics

open a blank form based on the use of dynamic graphics. Then explain how to create a form using the wizard.

Form Wizard.

To start the wizard forms click on the Form Wizard option you see in the picture above.

appears first wizard window:

This window asks enter the fields to include on the form.

First select the table or query where catch data in Table
Tables / Queries, this is the origin of the form.

If we pull data from multiple tables it is best to create a query to obtain the data and then choose as the origin of this consultation form.

Then select the fields to include in the form by clicking on the field and click the button or simply double click on the field.

If we are wrong to press the button field and the field is removed from the list of selected fields.

can select all fields at once by clicking on the button or select all fields at once by clicking on the button .

After selecting the distribution that we want to press the Next button and the following screen appears:

In this screen we select the distribution of data within the form. Selecting a format appears in the picture to the left will look out the form with that distribution.
