Design View Creating a Query in Access 2007

Create a query.

To create a query, follow these steps:


* Open the database where the query to create.

* Click the Query Design button in the Create tab:

also have the option of using the Query Wizard that you can see in the image above to create queries with a little help.

If you click the Query Wizard displays the following dialog box:

Simple Query Wizard creates a simple select query. The other attendees allow us to generate specific types of consultation.

We will explain the reference design option that lets you create any of the previous consultations.

Entering the Design View query asks the charts on which consultation will bring the data with a dialog box like this:

* Select the table we want to get information and click on the Add button.

If we are to add data from multiple tables in the same way the other tables.

* Finally click on the Close button.

* Design View window appears queries.
